Well they are all doing something different so your goal is all we are talking about. With the dbol you will have nice additions to strength for that period and oppurtunity to bulk some and how quality the bulk is will depend on diet and how much it is will depend on how much meat you can pound down in 4 weeks. The var is the exact opposite, it will need to be ran longer for good effect and much higher if you wish to use it as a lean bulker and very high on meat and calories. Tbol is a little like dbol without the water and better gains if gains at all and the same, totally dependant on diet for goal. If you do want to pound thye extra meat and calories and try to run some bulk on a pretty lean body and not lose anything that you have going in then dbol is the kicker. If you dont mind a little harder work in the kitchen and prefer higher quality then its tbol for me. Var is a staple of sorts, I dont think of it so much as a goal but as a goal enhancer so keep it in mind for those purposes....end of the day, its still all about eat to the you're getting proper down time with this cycle still kickin and talking spring run?
I haven’t had to use it myself, but I’ve heard letrozol is the most effective thing for reducing gyno. You can keep it at bay but the only thing that will remove the tissue is surgery. Continue to hit the aromasyn at 20-25mg/day until it goes down, in the meantime order some letrozol and -2mg/day I believe is the recommended dosage for getting gyno symptoms to subside. Research letro because personally I’ve never used it but off top of my head I THINK that’s the recommended dosage to get gyno symptoms to go down
I was terrified, more than anything else, of the trensomnia. I had read so many horror stories about it that I was basically mentally prepared to just not sleep for the first week. I am elated to report that I have experienced NONE of that. As a matter of fact, I have been sleeping better than usual, if anything. It usually takes me about 30 minutes of tossing and turning to finally nod off, and I often wake up during the night. This is one of the reasons I was so fearful, I'm a light sleeper anyway. Now I'm out in 5 minutes and I sleep through the night. I do wake up earlier than usual, though, just like the first week of my last test only cycle.
